The course is open. With the following conditions: Preferred Lies, Some greens have a small GUR area on them if you are on the green in the affected area, or if the GUR is in the line of your putt, you may take relief from the area without penalty. Take the nearest point of relief, whether that is still on the green, or off it. Either way, you may place the ball, NOT drop it. You may play through the affected area of GUR, however playing from the GUR is NOT PERMITTED
